PLAN A ARCHITECTURE, SANTA FE, 2012-PRESENT
Consultant on a variety of residential and commercial projects providing design and construction documentation services, working under the direction of a licensed architect. Projects include a Contemporary, Barn-Style Personal Gym in Calabasas, California, a Spanish Eclectic Style Residence in Kansas City, Missouri, The Spa at The Inn of The Five Graces in Santa Fe, a Barn/Guesthouse in Chama, New Mexico, a Carriage House for an automobile collector in Santa Fe and Rasmussen Optical in Santa Fe.
ANSALDI SHAW DESIGN, TUCSON, 1998-2014
Partner with Rick Ansaldi. They met while working at Studio Arquitectura in Santa Fe and in 1998 formed Ansaldi Shaw Design. They moved to Tucson in 1999 and together they have designed a variety of residential and commercial projects including historically inspired contemporary haciendas using traditional and modern building methods, a transit center for Rio Nuevo in Tucson for the Gadsden Company, an historic interpretation and renovation for Anjali Day Spa + Wellness Center in Tucson along with modern restaurant concepts for Flying Star Cafe and Satellite Coffee in Albuquerque, to name a few. Lee was responsible for all aspects of the projects from conceptual design thru construction documentation and completion of construction.
STUDIO ARQUITECTURA, SANTA FE, 1992-1998
Senior Designer and Project Manager on a variety of residential and commercial projects, working under the direction of a licensed architect, including the restaurant Loongbar for celebrity chef Mark Miller in San Francisco, Carol Burnett's home in Santa Fe and the renovation of Packard's On The Plaza, which won a Preservation Award from the City of Santa Fe.
HALPER OWENS ARCHITECTS, NEW YORK, NY & KENT, CT, 1990-1992
Senior Designer and Project Manager for residential projects, working under the direction of a licensed architect, in New York City and then moved to western Connecticut and worked on Historic Landmark projects including North Salem, New York's "Delancy Hall" on the National Register of Historic Places and the restoration and adaptive re-use of Sprain Brook Sawmill, a working historic sawmill on the Connecticut Register.

MOLYNEUX STUDIO, LTD., NEW YORK, 1987-1990
Senior Designer and Project Manager, working under the direction of a licensed architect, for internationally acclaimed interior designer Juan Pablo Molyneux in New York on the design of high-end residential projects around the world including the renovation of an Addison Mizner designed villa in Palm Beach, a palace in Buenos Aires and a townhouse in New York City.
